SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most in-stock items ship within 3 to 7 days to ordering; however, some orders may take up to 7-14 days to process.
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured, any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

 

SHIPPING FEES

More specific shipping fees are as follows:

UPS Ground -Free, UPS2nd day air $15.00, UPS overnight $25.00

These rates apply to the contiguous United States (those are the states that are all connected - not Hawaii and Alaska). All orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be automatically charged $35 for UPS 2nd Day Air.
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address - like your house or office - in the 'ship to' portion of your order. 

 

SALES TAX

We are required to collect local sales tax in states. All tax charges are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates for the delivery address you have supplied and will be calculated at checkout page. If you return an item for a refund you will also receive a refund for taxes that were applied to that item.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

7 Day Return/Exchange Policy
We try to accurately depict our products and hope that you will enjoy your jewelry. However, you may return your unworn jewelry for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please email us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). The RA# must appear on the outside of the box. The jewelry must be returned unworn in the same NEW condition that it was received.

REPAIRS

If you should need a repair or replacement, please contact us for a RA# before returning the jewelry. The RA# must appear on the outside of the box. We will try to assess if there will be a repair fee before you return the merchandise. We are not responsible for buyer negligence, and the buyer is responsible for all repair or replacement fees in the case of misuse, accidents, or abuse. Please refer to the Jewelry Care section below to learn how to care for your jewelry.

Please enclose a copy of your receipt or return authorization with the reason for the return or exchange. Please make sure that we receive your contact information. Shipping and insurance fees are your responsibility. Please pack the jewelry carefully, and ship it in a BOX as envelopes do not provide enough protection.
